By accessing or using Flintt ("the Service"), including the Flintt app, website, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of the service

Flintt is a messaging-style application that lets you interact with AI agents (including models from third-party providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). The Service may include voice messages, document handling, agent creation, and other features we describe or make available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.

3. Account and eligibility

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Flintt, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or encourage illegal activity.
• Harass, abuse, defame, or harm others, or generate content that does so.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use the Service for spam, automated abuse, or to distribute malware.
• Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or payment obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law.

5. Your content and AI outputs

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process that content as needed to provide and improve the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use; we do not guarantee their accuracy, and you are responsible for how you use them. Do not rely on the Service for legal, medical, or other professional advice.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price increase constitutes acceptance unless you cancel.

7. Intellectual property

Flintt and its branding, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service, or reverse-engineer our systems, except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Use of third-party AI models is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred dollars if greater and if applicable).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, fraud, or any reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may delete or retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise or mandatory law requires a different forum.
